  1. Hello, I’m looking for a plugin like this:
    – create a download button on each post/page with pictures
    – the download button automatically downloads all the pictures inside the post, whether it’s a std WP gallery or the pictures are inserted into the post.
    – basically the plugin is able to find all the media inside the post, and provide any visitors the ability to download all the pictures.

It seems your plugin targets a specific file that must have been upload into the wp_content folder of the website.

Let me know if you have heard of any plugin that does that. I can’t seem to find one.

    • Hi Stephen,

You can link to remote files by clicking the existing file button on the add new download screen and entering the remote URL. The file however will not be uploaded to the server – purely linked. File upload via remote URL is something that will never be implemented due to security reasons.

      Thanks,

      Ashley

  2. Hi! I’m slightly puzzled by the Settings as I can’t find documentation on them. Under ‘Advanced’ what is the Output CSS setting? I don’t understand what ‘Output the Delightful Downloads stylesheet on the front-end.’ means (working on the styling is something I want to do).
    Thanks

  3. Hello Ashley,

I’d like to let the public download files (pdf, jpeg, word, excel, html) from our website. They’d first need to enter a password from our site to see the files, which they could then download. Is your plugin what we’re looking for? If so, can you suggest a website to look at how your plug does this?

    Kind regards,
    JMB

  4. Hello, your plugin is able to show all downloads in a category? like [ddownload cat=”downloads”] ?

    Thanks
